That slotting tool video is the D-double O, D-double O.

I've had these 77" slides and cars sitting around for years.

A double rail slotting tool would be the it thing. Bonus points for leveraging a previously unused desktop NC kit and Arduino/Raspberry Pi for at least the longitudinal cut. That, and add a vacuum tap. Sanduku, I hope you are wearing a mask.

No it's a fuselage Lee made it's close to K2 but a little bit different it's a bit wider in the tail

New equipment complete and will be contributing shortly.

Flew the fps at cape Blanco all I can say is wow rite on tracks nice and is fast very happy with it . Thanks Lee

I've been working on the hinge cutting machine I'm thinking something like this for a guide to cut the side with the Kevlar so you don't cut through the Kevlar you can adjust the depth of the blade as it slides along the top of the wing.
This obviously isn't done yet but it will be soon.
So who wants one how many should I build it goes right onto your little Dremel tool.
If anybody has a better idea on how to do this so it's consistent please feel free to put in your two cents worth

The tooling coat didn't stick very well to my ath mold I guess I let it dry too long so I got a chunk I got to fix I hate fixing molds ....im learning

I'm ordering a load of ATH and Epoxy for the wind tunnel model and my own stuff. Plenty left over.

If it comes to it, female molds. Dont sweat too hard eh?
