Running like a crazy thing after a little speck circling in the sky. Cursing yourself for being such a fool that you did not set the dethermalizer. Finally giving up and further muttering harsh words about the stupidity of not having contact details on the model.
Those were the days.
Nah! I wouldn't swap, although I'd LOVE to have the same running ability. To have ANY running ability actually,

The parts arrived, or at least most of them...

I opened the package, found the motor and ESC, but the propellers were nowhere to be found. I looked at the packing slip, and on it was a hand-written note saying "out of stock, refunded 1" with an arrow pointing at the props on the page. Great, now I have the motor and ESC I need, but not the propellers. Also, despite saying "refunded 1" there was no refund sent. Have to say, not a great first impression from Value Hobby.

This woulden't be too much of a problem if my LHS carried props, but for some reason they don't. This means my plane is out for at least another week if I order them from Amazon.

Where are you located? I get all my props from Headsup.

I'm in the US, but I think I'll not take my chances with another small online store and just order from Amazon. At least if a seller on there decides to steal your money, they get kicked off.

So I've been looking for the right sized propeller on Amazon and I'm rather stumped. If anyone could point in in the direction of a good set, it would be much appreciated.

Some ones I'm considering but are not exactly the right thing:

Will this work? It calls itself a "glow" propeller, does that mean it only works on gas planes?
https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Gemfa...9060+propeller

This one is meant for multirotors, and it's an inch too long, but it's also 1.5 lower pitch. Do these two differences sort of cancel each other out and it will be fine, or is that not how it works?

Or how about these ones? They are the right length, but 1.3 lower pitch. Is that significant? Again, it's meant for multirotors, is that a problem?

Also, most of these props do not specify the shaft diameter. Can I just assume that they are 5mm unless stated otherwise?

Don't go for the glow props, and re your last line, assume nothing.
These are good props at good price:

I just kind of want to get it from Amazon because then I don't have to pay shipping. So do you think any of the ones (the non-glow ones) I linked in my last post will work, or should I keep looking?

So far, this one seems the closest to what the motor recommends. It is the correct length, but is 1.5 lower pitch. How big of a difference does that make?

Those props are listed as clockwise and counter-clockwise, as required for a quad-copter.

I suppose you could swap a couple of motor wires to change rotation to suite. It's not usual practice to do this, but if the motor has no side-thrust it'd be OK.

I think the APC style I pointed to is a far more efficient shape, and at that price the postage is not an issue if you order a bundle. (or some other goodies)
