Only if you want a very short flight or to run a low head speed. The in frame battery in the x360 does limit the size you can use.

Gaui has stretch kits for this and even different frames that allow the battery to be fitted on the top of the frame. See Hawk RC's Web site: http://www.hawk-creation.com/index.p...ath=37_299_209

Flying a Falcon or a 3D model.

No doubt the X360 can do nice 3D on 3S. I am really happy of my D380 on 6S and I don't see any needs for another 6S of the same size. What can I expect from a X360 on 3S 2200, with the adequate motor and may be smaller blades ?

it looks like a heavy bird like the x3, going smaller blades might be more of a struggle, unless you want to do sport flying or very mild 3d. That's why I'm looking into a stretch 380 if possible with lower HS 6S

My Gaui X3 only weighs 840g, which is only slightly more than my GT450L, which also runs 360mm blades.
