OmniNXT F7


The OmniNXT F7 is Airbotís top of the range flight controller based on the Omnibus F7 v2. It uses the trusty MPU6000 Gyro with an additional ICM20608 on top. With the onboard damping box, the gyros run perfectly under 32k looptime. If you haven't already seen it, you should check out Josh's awesome video on different IMUs. The NXT also comes with 2 different BECs and 6 UARTs.

OmniNXT F7 supports 3-6s LIPO direct input, built-in BEC for camera and power Filter.

This FC is designed to be able to pair with one of Airbot's 4in1 ESCs to form a powerful combo, and also has pins for individual ESCs too.

Two gyros onboard: MPU6000 for sampling up to 8khz and ICM20608 for sampling up to 32khz
30.5x30.5mm Mounting holes
Supports 3-6S Lipo
Built-in 5V 1A BEC output (Buck)
Built-in 8V 1A BEC with LC filter output for the camera and VTX (Buck)
STM32 controls OSD chip over SPI in DMA mode (Betaflight OSD)
More caps to reduce power noise
Port for easy connection to Airbot 4-in-1 esc (SH1.0 8P)
Solder pads added for SmartAudio and Camera Control

Hi
A couple of questions,
- Can you provide pin out drawings?
- Which BF target does it use?

Please just made at variant for 4in1 ESC's where the 2.54mm pitch motor outputs are removed and replaced by capacitor bank or something useful.

Isn't this FC targeted towards mini quads ? Especially racers with the 32kHz IMU option?
There is no point of having dual IMU or highspeed IMU for an INAV setup, so just remove the pinheaders. For individual ESC's is the corner solderpad layout preferable anyways.

What are the flatflex connectors on the bottom for?

no point - there is a problem in the state denmark

Yes a version without those pin outs would be good and add heaps of capacitors... or make a 20 by 20 version of this board without those pin outs.. which would be my pick to have a 20x20 version with matching 4 in one esc for 6s that has super low noise and really clean video.

The OmniNXT has 2 BEC and LC filter for video already, we may release one 20x20 version without these pins.

The two FPC port on the bottom, one is SPI + TX pin, spare for future devices.
another one is FPC 4in1 port, you can use it to connect the Typhoon32 v2 4in1 ESC, but it has the classic SH1.0 port too

@myairbot.com Can you advise which MCU this board has? I need to know if it has 512k or 1mb flash. Thanks.

Seriously? It's supposed to be based on the F7 v2 which has an F745
