Hard to communicate
Why is Blue Robotics so hard to communicate with? I am interested in purchasing their ROV but have some questions. They have a spot on their website to communicate, but then make you have to do a dance with picking out an email provider and entering a password (?). Just for a simple question about their product? No phone # or direct email address.

You might try and post something here, http://www.homebuiltrovs.com/rovforum/. They used to be on there sometimes.

Hi I'm the Engineering Project Manager at Blue Robotics. I'm not quite sure what you mean about picking out an e-mail provider and a password, but as per our Contact page, you can send us a direct e-mail to either sales@bluerobotics.com, info@bluerobotics.com or support@bluerobotics.com. You can pick any of them, they will all come to the same place. We do not have a public telephone number, but if you want a phone call, contact us through one of those e-mail and we can arrange a call.
