I made several hard landing and the nose did break. I did fail when it spun in from over a 100m. It broke just in front of the wing. One wing the bottom of the wing was on top of the wing out past where the spar ends. The other wing had 18 stress cracks to fix. After repair the glider weighted about 55 oz. After painting it weighted 65 oz. It still flies fairly good.

I wish I had the funds to purchase a new one as it is one tough glider.

I removed the tail fairing to fit the tails and without noticing it, the wind blew the fairing off the table and onto the ground ... where I proceeded to stand on it.
Put the tail fairing in your pocket when working on the tail connections.
Can one buy such a relatively small piece? Also are other parts available ... fuselages, wings, tail parts etc?

I feel your pain, had a similar thing happen!

I have to build it first, but maybe. It's been pretty well covered here though, so I'm not sure what I could add to the info.

So far the build has been VERY easy. Should wrap up the fuse tomorrow and just need to install my XBus adapters in the wings and close everything up. Just waiting on prop/spinner from SUSA at this point. Debating running off the BEC instead of using a separate receiver pack. There's TONS of room inside so either way will work easily.

I won't be able to post anything for at least a few days.. The weather here is getting bad, and will be raining until at least Friday.
