Another thing I noticed on the same pic was there appears to be 4 wing joiners included.
It only uses 2 at a time. Are there 2 different dihedral angles to choose from?

No, the joiners are a ply/aluminum sandwich and you need to glue the sandwich yourself.

Note the manual is up.

Really slick spoiler servo install. Really excessive battery spec (4S 2200-3600). I'd be tempted to use a 4S Quad racing battery in the 1000mAh range if I could make CG. It's a pretty short nose though, think you might be stuck carrying the weight.

I don't have the time or the skills (but mainly the time you understand ) to build anything.

Gluing small parts isn't really compatible with looking after a 20 month old toddler either!

It takes about 2 minutes, and only requires the ability to line something up and clamp. Same basic skills necessary for ARF assembly (ie gluing on tailfeathers with epoxy).

...and I'm not sure I'd call those joiners "small parts".

Wonder why the difference in price between the 2M Tori at $230 and the 2.5M Vista Grande at $170?

Was checking on my Vista Grande order and it is now posted at Late June.

Tori is RX Ready, VG is ARF (but includes motor, ESC and prop). So you need servos for the VG plus you need to actually glue things up.
