Love all the tuning options, kinda looks like front/rear end parts are universal which could be nice to carry fewer spares, RedCat has really been stepping up their game lately!

Are those tires 'proper' SC tires? It almost looks like it running 1/8 buggy tires vs SC - 2.2/3.0 tires.

regardless, I don't think it fits within ROAR spec because the wheelbase is only 290mm which is more along the lines of a stadium truck:

I've been impressed with some of Redcat's newest offerings. This isn't one of them. It's got non-standard dimensions, non-standard wheels/tires and what appears to be a very weak motor & esc system. This thing seems a lot closer to a Gearbest offering than a Traxxas or Losi style offering.
This is really more of a 1/12 SCT than 1/10. |

Take a closer look at the Associated ProSC which has virtually no adjustable tuning options, I'm thinking the Blackout is a step up from this:
