Bernoulli 3515 500kv - 2nd test - 6S with 1248 and 1447

Hello, this is my 2nd test.

Loong test... to make it close to the real flight situation..

Bernoulli 3515 500kv - 2nd Test 6S with 1248 & 1447 (16 min 51 sec)

Now lets see the motor first:

Came with built in 20A ESC (35A burst) and bright LED light.
Inside the box we can find:
- Manual
- Direct mount propeller adapter and screws.
- Standard mount propeller adapter (CW thread) and screws + M6 Lock nut.
- 50cm Power Wires with XT-30 plug.
- 75cm Signal Wires (optional length),
- Motor mount screws.

Motor designed to withstand extreme condition, so we don't need to worry about wet condition since the ESC already coated
- Motor = 167g (ESC and LED included)
- Power Wires 16AWG 50cm + Signal Wires 75cm = 28g
- Standard prop mount with 4 M3 screws = 12g
- Size: Ø42mm x 48mm

Built in ESC:
- No need for settings, just plug and play! this is good! => Simple to build, neat result,
- 20A (35A max burst) 4-6S rated ESC's should be enough for most application,
- ESC far away from sensitive equipment, especially compass,
- No ESC replacement, Marc from Inspired Flight guaranteed for Whole Motor Replacement if something going wrong with the motor.

How to set the LED (Video on my 1st test https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...nd-Led-Light):
- Press 0.5 second to change light color (default Green), => Green-Yellow-Blue-Magenta-Cyan-White-Off-Red-Green
- Press 5 second to change light pattern (default Solid),

How to set motor direction (Video on my 1st test):
- Switch to change direction.
- Unplug power source
- Plug back power source.

Motor here: https://www.inspiredflight.com/produ...t=991685148678

Test condition:
- 800m above sea level
- Two different propellers, CF-1248 and CF-1447.
- Fully charged batteries, 2x3S 1100mAh 25C in series, Quadcopter ≈ 6S 4400mAh 25C ≈ 6S 8800mAh 12C
- Reversed test, max PWM first just want to know about the max thrust with fully charged battery.
- Throttle position between 40-75% to simulate in flight situation.

Carbon Fiber 1447 Props Average Test Result (40-60% throttle), 6S :

Code:
  A W g g/W thr
3.72 82.50 762 9.24 40%
4.80 109.49 910 8.31 45%
5.99 131.88 988 7.50 50%
6.93 150.87 1070 7.10 55%
8.05 176.20 1213 6.91 60%

Should be good up to 1213g per motor.
Propeller here: https://hobbyking.com/en_us/multirot...asc=6211280862

Based on 8 minutes test,
- Max thrust = 2530g
- Max temp = 47.6°C,
so motor capable to handle bigger props if more thrust needed, should be more efficient too..

To be continued....
