MultiGP Fold-able Gates. 3D Printed Joints
I really like the concept of the quaddiction gates but still always find that they are a pain to transport and break after some abuse. I thought it would be really cool to have regulation size 5'x5' gates that are fold-able down to 2.5" that you can setup in under 1 minute.
All you would need is a 3d printed PVC joint that is articulating, one that stays at 90 degrees and another that will goto 180 degrees. I seems like it would be fairly easy to design and can be easily replaced if broken. What do you guys think? I imagine there is something our there already but i haven't had any luck finding anything that is 3d printable. Does anyone know if such a print exists or has any interest to design one? I did find these which is a fairly good example: http://www.spiderhillpropworks.com/S...oint_p_13.html |
