hey guys what batteries are yall using, i ordered 3 different ones from amazon and didnt really like any of them, fit was way to loose. I watched a YT vid a guy, called himself the modfather, had a blue battery with xt30 plug, good tight fit, but he will not answer any questions on his comments. I would like to go xt30 since i will have to solder a lead on the quad anyway, i think the 30 is better than a jst dont you guys ? any help appreciated...Roost

Max i figured you would be using a better battery than the stock, all that plastic takes up alot of room, one of the ones i got from amazon was 1300 and even it was too small, fit was really loose, meaning there is room for even more mah. I know this little dude is a great flyer, hovers in place as good as anything i've seen without gps...Roost

I keep meaning to get a better battery. I just haven't gotten around to ordering any yet. Going to have to look into it more this weekend.

bought one myself, I still love my bugs 3 for park flying after work, I know there is not really away to adjust pids on this thing like a regular racer, but I do want to use it to practice acro. At 50 bucks, Im sure I will crash it a bunch, but I gotta learn manual sometime
