Welcome to the 1/8 scale class

Pictured are three members of the racing PHRF 1/8 scale class.

Left to right are:

J/24(36")
Ultimate 24(36")
Colgate 26(39")

The largest scale fleet(in our fleets of scale)

New plugs underway......J/88 and J/121. 1/8 scale.

A different/fun approach to r/c racing.

The J24 really appeals to me as I owned/raced one (KA 105, Divine Madness) in the late 80s/early 90s in Australia. I would really like an rc version. Will it have a scale keel? When do you anticipate it being available?

Available

Hi Radsail,

Yes its available.....I do not make it but will give you persons name who does. That model has been around since 1983.

Two depths of keels will be used on the permanent five I will have. A scale(show keel) also will allow for office display. All scaled gear on board including cam cleats.

The Ultimate 24 will owe the J/24 time. Colgate 26 although the longest......will get the most on corrected time.

Thanks for asking.

PM to follow later today.

Cheers,Dean

J/121 plug

Hard Balsa block's create this new plug.

CNC 5 axis milling not cost effective yet at this point..........

Some new models may remain as manufactured owned fleets and not make it to market so investment needs to remain low.
