Didnt watch the WHOLE thing but In what I did watch they made no mention of the difference between turbo supercharged vs Turbo normalized.

Turbo supercharged = More than sea level manifold pressures
Turbo normalized = maintains sea level manifold pressures at all altitudes.

I believe that most USAAF aircraft turbos provided more than sea level pressure.

Turbos can be normalized or produce more than sea level.
