And wasn't the previous olive drab version also about $50 cheaper??? So they cheapened it up a bit but increased the cost of the unit....

Having said this, I'll still buy one. H9 / HH balsa warbirds are like Comcast. I'll bitch about it but in the end I'll still pay for it.

I still have my trusty old p47, and it looks great, so that'll do for now. It's a shame this re-introduction of the p47 doesn't imply any replacement parts for the old version.
Wondering if they have the same plan for the corsair... Or that they will introduce a 'new' model in their line-up, like a zero or fw190.

I've been tinkering about the giant p47 razor from TF, but it's so crazy expensive....

Not a fan of the colors, but the model looks damn good! I wonder if I can cram a DLE 20 into it

This is the first H9 plane I’m thinking of getting sometime in the near future. Will need to wait for my IRS refund, or a bonus or some other windfall.

I am curious about the covering. They say it is printed. I wonder how repairable it is?

Having built the previous version back in 2013 makes me wonder how many of them are actually glued in place properly. It for sure changed my mind about the quality of H9 ARF's. I had planned on running a DLE 20 in mine but with all the bad glue joints (that I could see/fix) decided to go electric and avoid the vibration of a gas motor.

Not that it means things are going to be betterbut I think the new Jug is being assembled by a different vendor so may not be comparable to the last one.
