Nothing to do, went thru my folders and found the STL file of Schweizer 300 in 400 size. Started the little printer and started fooling around.

Yeah, thats for sure. Maybe one day I will switch over to Heli's

I am still in deep with DJI. But not working for them anymore.

If you ever want to talk about the good old days at DJI, please feel free to PM me and I will give you my phone number.

Here is a pic of my current DJI fleet. This is after selling and giving away some of what I had.
Back row: Inspire 1 Pro with X5R, Inspire 2 with X5S
Middle row: Phantom1, Phantom2, Phantom3A, Phantom4Pro
Front row: Mavic1Pro, Mavic2Pro flanked by two DJI F450 quads.

Yeah, I heard you Dave.

The hardest thing is to learn ..... 3D printing window is challenging especially from an economical printer. May be in a few years they will get better in smoothing out the surface area.

Added a little more scale like landing gear. The next build will be much easier. Until I can find a 3-bladed head (none J-hook type), I am satisfied with this semi 3D printer 300C.

It was not too cold today, the sun was out when I took it out for some tuning.

And the final product ..... never thought of putting money into the 3D printed 300C.

New landing skids, and finally the weather is warm enough to enjoy flying more.

A few photos of my electric converted Hirobo Dauphin from a local Warbird fly-in a few weeks ago. Was perfect for doing some simulated water rescues.
