Predictive or Full Time Frequency Hopping

We are having problems with all brands of 2.4 at our field intermittently with loss of control of several aircraft at once.
Houses are going up around us and for reasons or sources unknown we are experiencing random loss of control.
There is a lot of conclusions drawn on the internet and it seems 2.4 is not as solid as it was with all the new devices using it in built up areas.
Would predictive mode provide a stronger signal than hopping mode and therefore less likely to get swamped.

Probably not. in testing the full time hopping works better in heavily congested areas. In the U.S. the biggest issue is NexRad weather stations and WiFi repeaters. I am not sure if Australia has the same issues.
