Re-attach some B-25 verticals on my flyzone foamie.

I know, noob question, but I'm actually trying to find a better technique for attaching the vertical stabilizers on my Flyzone B-25. At current it's only got an L-shaped clear adhesive piece on the top side of the horizontal stab, and it's floppier than an un-cooked pancake. I'm temporarily using some tape on the bottom side too, which helps, but only somewhat. I'd like something more durable and permanent.

Any good suggestions?

Gorilla glue, Foam Tac, epoxy, foam safe CA, Elmers/PVA, whatever.
(use GG very sparingly)

Maybe shove one or two toothpicks, wire, plastic tube or carbon stick in there to provide some additional mechanical strength.
