The Edge 160 Lite is perfectly fine for an 8S setup.
It has logging data, though Castle logging data is know to show values on the high side.

I saw the yge 150hv ..more compact.
But the data log is very usefull.
I hope that the CC will fit in the speedfire2 fuse like width.
Someone has try it up 250A by 4/pole motor ?

As per the NEU website seems to work well (some comments in bold):
Brake Delay: No Delay
Brake Ramp: Immediate (*)
Motor Start Power: 59 - anything from 10-60 can be used, I like about 30
Direction: Forward (*) - adjust as required
Brake Strength: 100
Current Limiting: Disabled
BEC Voltage: 5(not for ICE HV) -irrelevant
Power-On Beep: Disabled
Motor Timing: 0
Data Log Enabled: 255
Vehicle Type: Airplane
Throttle Type: Fixed-Endpoints
Throttle Response: 10 - Only when using a transmitter-ramping, otherwise 5-6
Auto-Lipo Volts/Cell: (lowest setting available) - 4.0V-fixed
PWM Rate: 24 Khz
Voltage Cutoff Type: Soft Cutoff (*)
Current Cutoff Type: Soft Cutoff (*)
Link Live Enable: Disabled (*)

That motor should be nice for sport-flying and the power level such that the motor isnt working too hard. A 2085kv motor could also be used on 9S, and even 10S when the prop is not too big and a lot of power is required (though Im not sure a HET motor sill stay together at high rpm).

The 1512/2D I used on 8S had a kv of 2550.

Edit: are you using a 5.2 gearbox (above was based on a 6.7, but these gearbox are normally not available for retro-fitting, only on complete motors as the motorshaft has the gear grinded on it).

I have a kpg 27 4.2:1 and 16x17 rmf slim.
For now I using a 100A ESC HV and 7s near 170A for to use 8s I need the CC 160 HV.

This is from castle link software, i recommend that you use this free software, it explains in more detail the settings:

Fixed-Endpoints will set zero-throttle and full-throttle points to fixed values so that the ESC does not have to learn from your transmitter. If you are using this mode, you will most likely want to change the EPA settings on your transmitter to allow full throttle resolution with the throttle stick. To do this, turn on your TX and set normal mode in the transmitter for a linear throttle curve (0,25,50,75,100). Bring your high side and low side endpoints on your throttle channel down to 25%, plug in the battery pack with the throttle stick at full (it won't start up), then bring your high endpoint back out towards (and sometimes past) 100% until you hear a single tone. Next, bring your throttle stick down to the bottom position and bring the endpoint out from 25% out towards (and possibly past) 100% until you hear the ESC arm. Unplug the battery pack, wait a few seconds, then plug back in and verify that the throttle is working properly.
