Did anyone get any new Warbirds for Christmas? I ended up ordering that Pawnee Brave Night Flyer since I don't have anything like it and these short days keep me from flying like I want.

Yak 9 is the only aircraft that I can think of that had intakes at the wing root, and is also a tail dragger!

Gear is wrong for a bearcat, looks like it sits to low. A bearcat would be awesome though!

Awesome! I would be like for you guys that fly larger planes to get something cool from Hangar 9.

Hmm.... Has a drip-pan sitting under the nose. Most likely radial-powered...

What if those two intake looking things are not intakes at all but only look that way because of the camera angle.... if they are the edges of a wheel wheel....mmmmm what could it be???

Yeah but they are the wrong shape........ or appear to be so to me anyway. Either way I'm glad for those who have waited so long for a new hanger 9 offering.

Seriously doubt this.........................

Hanger9 need to come back in the 50 - 60 size competition category as they went too large of scale with the existing offering of that Super Large (2+ Box) Corsair model.

I own and fly their discontinued F4U-1D 50-Size "Electric" Corsair and this model is a dream in the Air. I am not saying that what they will be releasing will be a Corsair but rather they need to come back and offer something that can reasonably can be transported. This will open more doors in terms of customer share.
