I'm personally a big fan of the M-05 kit. It's a great TCS-series racer for mini spec racing and can be hopped up on a budget to perform pretty well. The newest body to grace the M-05 chassis is this Tamiya NSU TT Jagermeister. The kit includes an M-05 chassis, clear lexan body, TBLE-02S esc, silver can motor, and a ball bearing equipped transmission. Even though the NSU TT is a rear-wheel drive car, this M-05 kit is front wheel drive. In a race, no one is going to give you a second glance, but purists might find this kit somewhat offensive...
The Tamiya NSU TT Jagermeister M-05 retails for $109.99 and is scheduled for availability in late March 2018.
