ATR-42 = Do 328?
This makes me smile! Great job. I have a Dornier-328 with two Jamara geared motors, order :178702 The motors, Venti-600 are ideal and turn two 12 X 8 props with power of a ten cell 2400 mAh-pack. The model flies for about 8 minutes and at full rpm the current draw is about 35 amps.
The weight is 3 kilos. Cause of the big wing area, the wing load is low. This makes it possible to use thermals, to stay aloft loger, and the handling is less slugish and more stall-friendly. (or stall-proof)
By the way, I fly it at airfares 'n stuff, people always think it's a ATR-42
Mines doesn't look like an ATR now does it?
http://www.roedelmodell.de/deutsch/Index-d.html (simply look for Do 328)
Geared motors make it sound like a real turboprop !!! (the real thing)
