Yeah it is.

With no ballast installed it does not need much wind. It is a very clean and efficient glider. I would say it was around 10 or 12 on this day.

I built a Double Carbon Bird but have yet to fly it. It required so much added nose weight to get the CG right that I'm hesitant to throw it off a cliff unless the wind is gusting haha.
