Tool paths for cnc wing molds

Has any one got any advice for what type of tool path is best for getting a good finish on wing molds. Is it better for the finishing pass to go parallel to the cord or down the span or even do booth? Not that it make a huge difference but im using fusion360 and its cam function.

If machining time is not an issue, I'd do the final cut as raster passes at both 45° and 135° to the chord. Largest ball-nose cutter that fits in the geometry.
