Help identifying Bipe please...

Hey everyone! Picked up this plane at an auction and need some help identifying this biplane. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Fin/rudder area looks different to the Lazy Ace, also the trailing edge of the top wing is different.

Looks like a lazy ace because of the cabane strut design. The standard lazy ace had a wingspan of 76". This one looks a little smaller. I think a smaller one was kitted but I don't know much about it. Anyway, it's a nice looking plane.
