M. Kato MK-12D twin diesel

I have this vintage twin diesel which was part of a large collection recently brought out of storage. Haven't been able to find much information on it. Markings on the box indicate that only 20 were made. Any information from knowledgeable collectors is appreciated.

Your best bet is to go to this rather well hidden part of RCG which is all about diesels and someone is sure to know.

The cylinders are from an Enya .06, as is the carb. It was probably an Enya prototype. Very cool!

Not much is known, except 2 Japanese gentlemen combined to produce various twins using ENYA cylinders & pistons. Go to the Vintage Glow Engines thread, and search for Report # 11104 on Page 741

Thanks for the responses. It was very helpful in determining the origin of this neat little diesel.
