troubleshooting image quality

Hi guys,

I have been struggling with getting the image quality to a tolerable level with my new darkmax. I already replaced the camera because it wasn't getting me the image i wanted, but now I see that perhaps it was the VTX causing these problems all along. I now have a new foxeer arrow v3 camera on it. Picture quality was ok last time I flew, but then today it took quite a dive in quality for no reason. I crashed pretty hard which made the VTX stop working, so I went home and redid the solder points to the board. I have it working again but now the image quality is even worse yet again. Before the obvious image issues you see now, I was always having blurry text from the OSD.

This is a VTX issues right? Would I be able to unsolder the VTX board and solder up a different one to this FC?
here is my FC/VTX:
