Connector arcing

After having just recently completed the assembly of my 3m Hybrid/Lucas/6S Lipo PPG, I have a serious question for you experienced types.

Do you guys have any concerns regarding the arcing that occurs when plugging/unplugging the 22.5volt motor battery!?!?

I am using EC3 connectors, is this a common situation with these connectors?

Hi Blake,
No problem on my end using 4mm bullet plugs. (not a big Arc)

The arc is only on the end and will happen with anything over 5s. You should see the arc on a 12s setup.!!

It's all part of Lipo life

the only way to stop the arc is a Spark Arrestor or eliminator.

These are great too... I use them on 8s and 10s setups.
