My Micro Depron "Paper Plane"


wingspan:220mm
all weight:13.5g
equipment:eflite mini-vapor 3ch rc
power:6mm coreless brushed motor,45mm prop,1s-150mah lithium battery
material:2mm Depron

This plane is easy to build but also much fun.
The drawing is just a sheet of A4 paper.

It flies as straight as an arrow, nicely done! Simple stuff does so well on many occasions. Interesting to see the up thrust, I would have expected zero incidence really. What flight time are you getting?

I used 2 x 6mm motors and differential steering. I really cannot remember the flight time. May be around 10 minutes.

Very clever design. I like the way the single simple C Fibre spar strengthens and aligns the wing all at once. Very elegant!

I did not specifically tested, but this little motor is is very power efficient.

I think it can fly more than 15 minutes, with a low throttle
