Servos

Folks,
I have a Tacon 160 in a Old Variant. It has 1200 square inches in wing area and weighs 14 lbs, running 10S and a 19/10 APCE prop. I have some Power 1501 servos. Anybody have any experience with these servos? If I change to digitalis, what would be a good alternative? Given, of course, not $100 servos!
Thanks,
Frank

Check out the Hitec 645MG servos at around $30 each. I use them in my two models running 2200 and 2800 Watts. These models also have flaps. These servos have been flawless.

You're welcome. Just be sure to use a solid receiver/servo battery supply for your model. Castle Creations 10 Amp BEC's or two cell 2500 Mah A123 batteries work well.

What I did on my 12S2P A123 motor bsttery packs was to hook up the 10 Amp CC BEC to the "LOWER" A123 pack.
