Help selecting servo with the correct torque

Good afternoon all, i need help selecting a servo that has adequate torque and speed for my model, i have an alfa models micro p-51 mustang, the instructions recommend 3 gram servos but unlike other alfa models does not give the minimum torque requirements (does say not to use linear servos) i would like to use the lightest servos as possible, below i have put all the info i have on the control surfaces, auw of airframe etc and the servo i would like to use and also a youtube link to a video of the model, if someone can help me out with what i need, i would be very grateful

Wingspan: 460mm/18.11in. Wing area: 3.7dm2/57.4sq.in. Weight: 65 grams/2.3oz. Motor: 7gram 2000kv brushless outrunner. Elevator: 165mm/6 1/2" width, 2mm thick at leading edge, 14 sq.cm area, 6mm deflection up and down, pushrod controlled. Ailerons: 90mm/ 3 1/2" width each, 3.5mm thick at leading edge, total area 23.4 sq.cm, 6mm deflection, both ailerons controlled by single servo via two pushrods.

Here is the servo i was thinking of using; Tactic TSX1.9 coreless Weight: 1.9g Torque: 0.17kg.cm @4.8v Speed: 0.04sec/60 degrees @ 4.8v

Here is the youtube link for flying characteristics and general speed envelope:
