KISS ESC 32A (45A active limit) | Flyduino

Hi,

Today we released the new KISS32A ESC.
available at flyduino shop: https://www.flyduino.net/en_US/shop/...961?category=2

it comes with the same size as the KISS24ARE (19x27mm), but can handle 2-5S without external capacitor and 6S with a min. 220F 50V one. beside the more current (32-45A) it also supports more then Dshot2400 (2400 stable tested).
It uses the new STM32L4 which is a ARM-Cortex M4 with floatingpoint unit. it can measure the current more accurate and much faster then the F0. so its much safer against overload.

for smoother running it now does sinHybrid which is a mix of sinusoidal and backEMF. like that it keeps all benefits of using backEMF, like it runs every motor without knowing it, it can run very high eRPM's like 500k and it adapts to any changes (motor characteristics changes after crash) where full sinwave (FOC) would get problems. but it also switches the motor phases with sinwave foram, so it produces less noise and the motor can run more round and might produce less vibrations. to not loose some KV (which would be normal with sinwave) it fades to trapezoidal after abaut 90% throttle.

for fixed wing users it now offers direct serial RX and telemetrie support, for now for SBUS and Sport, Graupner SumD and HOTT, Multiplex SRXL and Sensorbus and TBS CROSSFIRE. simply connect the signal to the signal input pin, and the telemetry bus to the TLM pin. it will do autodetect.

its features:
- 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 MCU @80Mhz
- Telemetry capability (voltage, current, temperature, rpm)
- Over current protection (measures the current and reduces it to max 45A)
- Over temperature protection (reduces the max power if hotter then 100C)
- sinHybrid :: Sinwave/BackEMF Hybrid Commutation for smoother running.
- Dshot 2400 (Full resolution of 2000 steps takes only 6.5s)
- Supports all common Dshot commands like turtle mode, 3D mode and rotation direction change.
- Expanded adaptive auto timing (3,25-30 advance on each commutation)
- For Race Multicopters (32A continuous also with weak cooling)
- High max. RPM (500.000ERpm, 71.400Rpm with a 14Pole Motor)
- Small size (19 x 27 mm)
- Accurate RPM control (2000 steps using Dshot)
- No additional capacitor needed for 3-5S. Add a min. 220F min. 50V Cap for 6S usage!
- Very fast throttle response
- Linear throttle response
- Active freewheeling (low diode losses)
- Regenerative braking
- 3-6S LiPo
- Dshot 100-2400, Oneshot42, Oneshot125 and normal (25 – 500Hz) PWM auto detected.
- Supports FrSky Sbus, Graupner SumD, TBS CROSSFIRE and Multiplex SRXL
as well as the Telemetrys, S-Port, Graupner HOTT, TBS CROSSFIRE and Sensorbus

Can't wait to try out these with the new Kiss FC V2 when it's released Will be my next setup for the next two years just like the Kiss FC V1 and 24A ESCs have been for the past two years now. Nice work Flyduino Love that about Kiss components No need to keep buying components just for new features, simply updating FW gives you all the newest features that come out. Can't ask for anything better when things change so fast in the mini quad world...

What is landing :O
So you did implement some sort of FOC after all I think this will really help with the quick sort of throttle changes we do
