Dominic Young, the founder of Bro RC Surfer has a new creation that looks like a ton of fun. The RC Bodyboarder is a natural extension to their surfer line and the bodyboarder can pull off some amazing stunts in the ocean waves. You can watch the video below to see it in action, the model is a good size and easy to see and it always self rights if it gets upside down so you can keep on cruising. It jumps waves, does back flips and even surfs like a real bodyboard. It really does look like a blast to play with.

After posting videos of it in action, demand has been high and Dominic decided to set up a pre-order system. The RC Bodyboarders are expected to finish production and be available around the end of March 2018. The price for a complete Ready to Surf Bodyboarder minus a 3S lipo is $750. To get a pre-order booked, you can email dominicyoung@iafrica.com with the subject line of Pre - Book Bro RC BodyBoarder and include your name, email, contact number, shipping address, number of boards and preferred color of the board and vest. Colors are listed as Blue, Red, Green, Yellow and Orange. You'll get a Paypal Invoice for a 50% deposit of $375 per board.

A web page isn't up yet for the Bodyboarder, but it will likely turn up at the Bro RC Surfer site here.

Here's the construction page showing some pics. Looks like a solid shaft drive.

Not thrilled with running a solid coupler on a solid shaft. That can be hard on motor bearings. The rest looks like nice work, and a blast to run.

Prop shaft and stuffing tube are removed in that picture above. It exits from the back of that "teardrop".
