Slimline Boxer/SL 2000 replacement rollers

Does anyone know where I can get( Or have made) a set of replacement rollers for my Slimline Boxer fuel pump? I have the old rollers if anyone can make them for me out of Delrin. They are just 3 small pieces of Delrin tubing about 3/4 of an inch long. I'm sure someone with a lathe can make them. Thanks

Your local machine shop. If you can post pictures and the "exact" dimensions maybe some one here can machine them for you. Without additional information it is pretty difficult.

Shouldn't be too hard. Most competent machinist can whip them up. Have you checked with your local machinists?

Sorry, not to be an a$$ about it but why do you need them? The reason I am asking is really how accurate do you need them. Is the inside hole undersized for a tight fit? A loose fit? How about the outside diameter? What about the chamfer angle?

It is not quite as simple as just whipping them out on a lathe. Yes I have a lathe. Yes I can make them. Yes I did make one. However without knowing the rest of the information I cannot guarantee that they will work. No, I am not a professional machinist but I do make parts for my models when necessary. No I don't have the most accurate machine but I make do.

If you look at the picture I am most concern about the inside diameter. I have an 11 mm drill bit but that is way undersized. 11mm is .433" and the diameter of my bit is .431. Delrin will shrink a little after machining so the diameter had gotten even smaller. So I went to a 7/16" bit which is .4375". As you can see in the picture I am still not quite 11mm. So if you need a hole that is exactly 11mm you are out of luck. You can always use sand paper to open the hole diameter a bit and do a hand fit.

My suggestion is still to get yourself a local machinist so they can fit a set of rollers in your setup.

Seismic CWave, thanks for your help. The ID is really that not important I guess ,these rollers are for a Boxxer fuel pump, the OD is what is important as they all rotate around the output shaft of the electric motor squeezing the fuel through a silicone fuel line, If you would be so kind I would gladly compensate you for making me the pieces. I could send you the worn rollers and you can match them. Here is how they are laid out, with the shaft centered in the rollers.

I will make a couple more when I get a chance. You may have to sand them to fit.
