Longest indoor hands off hover with any tiny 3 axis CP micro

Just for the fun of it during very windy or rainy days...

Since fine tunning the FBL system is imposible this should be funny. Describe your bird thow (Model, stock, upgrades, etc...) Man I swear these little buggers where not meant to hover LOL!

Here's my first try:
Nano Cp S with RH frame, Lynx polymer canopy and Fusuno skids.

RKH Nano Cp S hands off hover (2 min 51 sec)

Maybe I'll give it a shot. My one Nano CPS with AL swash and CF skids is pretty darn stable in a hover. The stock one not so much.

Both my mCPX and Nano CPs will hover hands free for at least a few seconds.

They fly really good considering the ratio between overall size and parts tolerance is horrible.

My Nano CPs is so smooth, it even looks good in slow motion.

Nano CPS Smooth Departure Slow Motion (4 min 51 sec)

It was in stability mode, but it's even smoother in normal mode if you turn down the rates.

That's great, since it also depends on mods and transmitter settings.
Exellent idea👌👍.

Mine was in idle 2 with 100% DR and 20 points of EXPO. I added an extra 10 of expo just for the hover trials. I usualy run 10 points only for a tighter yet controlable flipping rate.

That was excellent control considering you were running it wide open. Way better than I could ever do.

Nice flying, man.

What's the definition of "tiny"?

Does the 180CFX squeeze in there?

Hehehehe... Something along the maximum size of the Mcpx BL .

I know you could beat us all with your 360 cfx, you have it set-up down to a science .

Here it is!

I successfuly left the sticks for 12.32 or 12.53 secs. depending on the chronometer used to time the hover

It's the third attempt shown on the video at 1.50 mins. into the recording.

The heli I'm using is a Nano Cp S with an ultra lite polymer Lynx canopy and Xtream skids with CF tail boom supports. I think the added stability came from the Microheli blades that have a larger width and therefore catch more air on descent giving it a floatier feel.

I'm running in Idle1 with 100% DR and 10 points of EXPO for delicate pulse like imputs on the sticks.

Nano Cp S successful hands off hover. (3 min 8 sec)

You all have a Ncpx/s or Mcpx somewhere , give it a shot .
