I would just buy the Night Vapor if I wanted lights....the wing is bigger if the pics are correct.

I also think I remember seeing a November delivery date when I back-ordered mine....

Horizon, can you clarify this for the first of the pre-orders?

Much thanks,
Jim

Pretty sure the expected delivery date was late November/early December. So I'm counting on waiting another 2-3 weeks, even though I pre-ordered early on.

either way, might want to order the 70mAh lipos before the plane comes in....bet you won't be able to find them once everyone starts ordering the plane. It always works like that.

I ordered 3 of the lipos ahead of time...also to be a separate power source for a set of UMX lights.

I ordered and received two of the 70mAh lipos last week. With indoor season approaching in the northern reaches, I think this one may sell very well initially.

I realized I had accumulated $10 credit as an HH Club member...so pre-ordered the Vapor HP for only $59. I'm glad I ordered some 70mAh lipos last week as they are backordered now....

LMAO: I KNEW they would sell out of those 70's...maybe they get more lipos with the planes. Would be lame if you buy the Vapor and can't find the lipo to run it.

Shipping on the plane was a ridiculously reasonable $2.99! I went crazy and spent the Extra $2.00 to get Fed Ex.

I have a pool table for a landing strip....

I have had really good experience with Hyperion on Thunder Power for small lipos in the past. I don't think TP makes them small enough though. If you don't mind the small weight penalty, Hyperion is pretty much giving away the 100mah at $1.30.

70mah
100mah

Thanks! But I want the weight as light as possible at any cost. This will be a strict indoor flier. From what I understand even an extra gram could affect it's flight.

That is a good deal on those Hyps!

..HH wants $3.99 for the 70. I need to compare weights on both 70's.

Hyp is 2.5g

Still need to find out weight of the HH 70...they don't list it. I have a digital scale I ordered for just such fun, but it's not here yet.

I had 2 hyp 70's in my cart...they wanted $10.21 to ship 5 grams worth of product...LMAO. Come on!

I plan on using 150's, but i do have a couple of 100 hyperions and a couple of parkzone 70's. In stock. If you really want to be light maybe a 35 would work, but im thinking that 35 mah multiplied by the C rating maybe a little short on amps.

I now have three new 70's and some Flyzone 130's that have been lying around...also have 140's and 150's...I have a whole pile of them. So maybe I'll fly the 130's too and see how much difference they make. It will be cool when my $8 Banggood digital scale comes so I can be more scientific about this...lol.

BTW: My lowest charger setting is 100mAh...you think that's a safe charge for the 70's?
