Amazing 1910 twin at AMA museum

Wow... Is it a four stroke? It looks like it's got a cam and one port for exhaust, and it's ported for intake. A twin for models from 1910... Crazy

Probably cam driven exhaust, 'automatic' intake with light spring on intake valve. Similar design frequently seen on motorcycle engines of that period. As engine speeds went up, intake valves needed to be cam controlled and...well, you know the rest.
