I swore off the UMX planes until I saw the mini Timber. Now this. I have one request, make this plane a Carbon Z model in the future! I'm happy to see them come out with more general aviation models.

I just watched the video. HOLY COW!!! I thought my Pitts had good performance but even it doesn't have this kind of climb rate. This one just became a must have.

Looking good!

I've been waiting for a twin UMX BL prop plane for many years.

Wasn't it suppose to be a P-38???

Twin 3000Kv motors on 3S power is going to be something special!!!

It will only get faster and faster.... Just like the short product cycle that HH is doing.

Its $20 more than a single engine model like the Timber, for an extra motor and prop and spinner and associated structure. I dont see an issue with it.

There..counter point made

Awesome

Looks like another winner! Twin BL 3000Kv's. The Vertical Stab is huge!

Was watching Bob Hoover vids on Youtube. Looks like he stopped doing shows in 1999. He was amazing in his Shrike. Wow!!

Retracts on a micro is not a performance hit i would want to take. People have done it, and that's their choice. I wouldn't want the weight and structure change.

As many micros as there have been on the market, i'm surprised to see people that think that retracts on a mass produced micro 2s powered model would even be considered. (unless they are new to the hobby)

I just pulled the trigger for a pre-order. I didn't do it with the UMX Timber and that was a mistake.

Yup! It's unquestionably a bargain, at only $150 USD!

Losing access to the field close to my house for flying large models has got me flying my small stuff a lot more. Almost exclusively. All the small models are looking very attractive to me these days.

Nowwwww, lets upscale this one to an 1100-1300mm wingspan (or larger?) version too.
