Mosquito

Well, it took about 3 years but I got one of these bugs built!! Hohum...almost.

A couple more hours and will be flyable, I hope.

Guizzo back on page 62 on this thread showed us his Mosquito...

So here is mine.

(Guizzo - thanks for introducing me to the Mosquito, helping and inspiring! I see you've done some small mods to yours... I am sure I will figure out why once I start flying the bug.)

Nice one Jim. They all have that same look about them that makes them easy to date.
They all have that built-in longlevity that still has the performance fun factor to this day.
Please post some images of the finished article.

You are welcome Mesnik! Differently than fixed wing models, all my ornies flew out of the bench, while trimming were needed just to improve performances. Hope your will do the same!
I did mods just to suit my building tastes, otherwise I don't make changes to sound models!

F1B is ok.
Hello Mesnik, could you please post the plan of the Mosquito? Or a link to download.

Indeed..!
A humble trim (or none) suits these older designs...

A very nice model, Jim........could we expect a flight report soon...?.

Hopefully next week at Geneseo, weather gods permitting. My annual 'check and trim' trip while all the scale buffs do their thing., to have airplanes ready for the two contests in successive months
