AR7200BX with a Spektrum DX6e Enough Channels

Hi All, I am a NOOB looking for some advice on the compatability with the AR7200BX . I have a futaba 6J but would like to use the AR7200bx. I thought of the add on using OrangeX add on to the futaba not even sure if it can go on a Futaba 6J, so I am leaning to the DX6e. Oh I purchased a used and never flown Tarot 450 Pro FBL. I just need a battery 6S not sure what mah to get and a setup. Trying to keep expenses down also. Any URL's and info appreciated.
The Tarot has the following:
Tarot 1700kv motor
Talon 35 Castle ESC
Spektrum AR7200BX rec.
Spektrum H3050 & H3060 Servos
Thanks, Rick

Typically, for collective pitch to function you need at least 5 channels. Channel #6 is used for gain control, but not necessary for basic helicopter operation.

Not sure on soektrum receiver with futaba radio though. Don't have experience using those two together. I have futaba 8j

Thanks for the reply. Being new to this I think I might try to use what I have and I can get another radio as when I get better at it.
