I stand corrected everyone. Looks like they are M4 flanged. The parts list showed some M3's, and I couldn't recall seeing any other hex nuts on the truck. So I assumed these were for the wheels. After seeing your comment jym73 I looked further. The assembly pictures show, and say M4 flanged.

I'll remember that jym73. Thanks! I don't know why the manual is even showing unflanged M3's in their parts list specifically for the ZMT and ZTX. Part# 7369. I checked my truck over from top to bottom, and the only other nut on it is the M4 slipper nut. Funny! Oh,well.
