I think it is a fraud, it is a assumption that they just order plenty from banggood and change the logo.this is an indecent way ,Jesus !

I think it is a simple rebrand customized with different logos. I really don't understand why you are all so disappointed. Banggood and Gearbest are full of "copy" of something. I don't think that Gearbest bought them from Banggood, opened every package to put a new band on the eachine logo. Come on

Often these companies in China contract with a plastics molding plant to make the plastic parts, and the plastic plant can then reuse the molds to sell the same plastic shells to other manufacturers. Sometimes this is part of the deal made, to reduce tooling cost, other times the plant will just do it anyway, because, well, China.

The other manufacturers have to source their own electronics. They may find the same ones the original manufacturer used, or they may design their own clone/cheaper ones.

You see this with the LS-800D clone of Eachine the EV800D. Identical plastics, but the LS-800s have terrible screens, different firmware and buttons do different things.

On the other hand, occasionally (but not usually) the clone can be better than the original. It just all depends on how much work they put into it. Usually, they are just trying to sell something at a reduced price, avoiding as much R&D as they can.

Then again, there are also the deals where the same actual manufacturer sells whole finished products to others for rebranding, so it is hard to tell. BG might have just gotten the first few batches, then they start selling to others.

I wouldn't expect anything coming from China to be protected IP. The manufacturer will put anyone's name on it that is willing to pay. Outside of DJI, what other Asian based rc components aren't "cloned"? You send a design to China, and everyone in China will have it.

Lets be honest, the Eachine version isn't even available yet. What's more likely? GB bought all the stock of a product that isn't available, rebranded it, and is selling it for less than they paid. Or, GB found an early sample, reverse engineered the entire thing, and had it produced before BG could get their version into the hands of buyers. Or, the people who manufacture this took GB's money as well and branded it form them. It seems far more likely that GB made a deal with the same manufacturer and now we have two brands of the same goggles.
