Nice looking FW-190, what kit is it ? I am just finishing a Balsacraft Bearcat with a Magnetic Mayhem fo power, but it won't be flying for a while, the snow turned to ice. Welcome to Ontario!

That's a Global or Jamara FW-190 ARF.

... there is in fact a Jamara/Global Me-109 as well, which from what I have seen is also grossly out of scale - but - usually at least - flies just as miserably as the FW-190 .

Brushless combo

Hi there,

After several attemps with different power combos I finally got it to fly with a Mega 22/10/6 8x5 APC 1100 AUU.
I also tried 8xCP1300, but it turned out a bit heavy but still flyable.
How it handles? Really FAST !!!, this is the fastest one I have in my fleet, or at least for this little size.
It will tip stall very easily, no slow flying with this one.

It needs about 30-40 feet to take sufficient speed to take off, however up in the air it flies with 1/3 - 1/5 throtle, or you can push the envolope full speed.
After a couple of bad landings I came to conclude this is a little tough plane, nothing seems to break it.

Enjoy !
