Thanks for the reply. I isolated the issue to the RX. I have a spare RX. So to verify the troubleshooting I plugged the esc connector to the spare RX and the motor chimed. I then plugged the esc wire into the trouble RX and no chiming. I did this multiple times to ensure that I plugged the esc wire into CH1 and in the proper orientation (white wire on top). I literally spent the whole day troubleshooting. I always assume it’s me. And I would never have thought it would’ve been a bum RX. I first thought it was the ESC as I had soldered on some new EC5’s. Hey Daedalus66
NX10 is the transmitter Trims at normal and no cutoff setup yet I tried the hack where ppl lower the throttle trim all the way down but no change. Don’t forget I’ve swapped out the RX with a known good one. And the motor will chime. I’ve contacted Horizon Hobby. I walked them through the issue and sent a video. They believe it might be defective. They’ll let me know. Doug |

Hi Andy
Yes the RX will bind and the other Servos do work. All pins are in the proper direction. That was my first thought. I pulled them all out and put them back in. Yellow or white on top. I hadn’t tried a servo on CH1. I’ll try that when I get home. |

ESC to Bind and servo to CH1
I’ve connected the ESC to the Bind for power.
One servo onto CH1 and one onto CH2. CH1 no response CH2 good response. Swapped Servos just in case. Same results. No response on CH1 Doug |

Hi AndyKunz, could you please help me understand what's going on here?
I have a new UMX Sport Cub S 2, the RTF transmitter that it ships with and an old DX6i. I have set up the DX6i programming according to the instructions and I have all 3 flight modes working before the AS3X becomes active, but once the gyro has been activated (by advancing the throttle) I can't get the flight modes to work any more - it just gets locked in some kind of self-level mode. It works correctly with the RTF transmitter so whatever is going on is related to the DX6i. I wonder if you can please tell me why this is happening, and is there anything I can do to be able to use my DX6i with my new plane? (More detailed info if needed: https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...odes-with-DX6i) Thanks, Ben. |

Throttle Cut isn’t the same switch as a Flight Mode is it by any chance?

Sorry, Ben, I don't know anything about the DX6i or the plane.
Hopefully your other thread will catch attention of somebody who knows what is going on. Have you contacted our Product Support group yet? https://www.horizonhobby.com/content...r-tech-support Andy |

Bind with two receivers simultaneously
Does anybody know how it is possible to bind two receivers to same model in TX and operate them at the same time?
I have a video of simultaneous work of AR637TA and AR636B with the same model memory in DX9 (file attached is an MP4 - you must download and change extension to MP4). |

It is possible, but the receivers must be the same class.
It's mostly useful with two AR636's because that's the only Spektrum receiver with any ability to remap outputs and also enough difference between output count and received channels to make that valuable (it's less useful on the AR7350 and AR9350, because they all listen on 10ch max and you need the 1-2 channels for stabilization anyways). |
