Beautiful design! I just purchased this earlier in the week and printing is going well! Any thought to a smaller version for a 2204 motor? May try printing at 60% scale after this one is done and give it a shot. Even if it doesn't fly it will make a nice display!

Printing at 60% will be a problem mostly because openings for carbon spars will get to small.

I was thinking about smaller version, different look though.
Perhaps in far future, now I'm working on something else and then I will work on something BIG. So I'm taken for next year already.

Could get away without the rods, simply glue it. Wouldn't be as strong but would make the plane feather light being smaller and single shell so wouldn't be as fragile depending on how it hits the ground in a crash. Servo mounts would require adjustment though, but easy enough to do....

Regardless, looking forward to more of your designs! Almost done printing this one, photos to come.

I Agree... I just finished printing all parts and highly recommend this design! If you don't already have a printer, this most likely won't turn out well though your first time around. One of the most technical prints I've done in the last year, and I print daily on 2 printers. What printer are you looking into? DIY or assembled and calibrated?

Hi All
I have many years in RC building, but just purchase a Bibo2 3D Printer and it my first printer.
my build table is 214mm x 186 mm x 160 mm, and it and enclose type of printer, will the size work for this model? This type of building RC Planes will be a new experience for me, lots of new technical stuff to relearn but it will be a fun project

Yes this build volume is big enough.
