That is an interesting observation. Let's hope so!

Is it possible to add switches on shoulder?

Do you think it is possible to add switches in shoulder of this transmitter?

You should able to move the switches to the top but not adding them as there is limited space and there is housing screw blocking exactly the corner of the shoulder. Check first page for internal pictures.

Is good to know we have all 4 as 3-position switches.

The manufacturer is sending the samples to all the deviationtx developer for improvement, this sounds great.

Hopefully the gimbal gets upgraded before release to the world. I hope they do release a compatible good gimbal for our Devo 7E too.

Yes yes. mix of two and three position switches is a good feature to target the drone/quad market.

I have been an advocate of the Devo 7e and 10 for a while. I find the QX7 big and bulky. I can't tell the gimbals apart.

I think deviationtx is laid out much more logical than Taranis.

Does deviationtx support voice? Its a "cool" feature, but completely not necessary as long as we have vibration or beeper.

I was hoping the size didn't deviate to much from the devo 7e, which is my favorite form factor.

Battery bay looks tiny. Did I miss the dimensions?

It would be nice if it had grips like the Devo 7e. This is one of the drawbacks of the Devo 10.

Low neck is really great for packing. We can likely get the T8SG, googles, a few batteries and a micro in a small go bag (Turnigy).

Max battery size for Jumper T8SG is 95*30*16.

It does for about 5 months now. You need to add a dfplayer module, speaker and small sd card (total cost <10 USD) and solder 3 wires. Details can be found in the deviationtx wiki.

Looks like fun project. Maybe a kicker feature to include in this radio.

I got a shipping notification on my pre-order as well. Guess I should have waited to save $10.

Sounds like BG decided to sell the stock it received. Then the manufacturer can work with Deviation developers on an improved version down the road.

Just ordered one - looks to be be the ideal universal backpack "adventure" Tx.

(I have a Devo 7e and a 4-in-1 for it but am too lazy to do the (somewhat tricky) mod.)

Thank you Banggood!

Hi,
question:
Could I use different models with different flight protocols and save this by model memory?
(So could I i.e. make one model for my Furious Moskito 70 with Spektrum protocol, and others for some cheap toy drones I have laying around here).

Or do all the modells bound and savet to the Jumper T8SG have the same protocol (what can of course be changed and then bound again...).

Actually I am not sure if I want this... but maybe would be nice for indoor, living room, some drones, some old Eflite helis, maybe even the old Nine Eagles Coax.

Would love this for cars, too!!! (to be able to drive all my Mini-Z, WL-Toys, Orlandoos - I use Flysky, Turnigys, etc. only with one pistol transmitter).

Maybe a stupid question, please forgive, but I have some tiny toy drones here, Revell, and a Eachine H8, can they be bound to the Jumper?

Sorry, I am not very good in this protocol thing

THX,

Walter
