Airbot Typhoon32 35A 4in1 ESC

All new 4in1 ESC with 35A with the following specifications:

4in1 ESC with 30.5x30.5 mm Mounting holes, supports DSHOT 1200, BLHELI32 firmware.

Delivery time: Aug.20

Features:

32bit ESC with BLHELI32 firmware
Supports 2-4S lipo input (A shame it doesn't support 5S)
4PWM input
Voltage output (VBAT)
NO BEC
Supports oneshot / Multishot / Dshot PWM
Mount holes 20x20mm (Must be a typo)
Supports damped light
External capacitors needed (is included)

$59.99

It seems that it has current sense on both the input and each ESC output. This shouldn't be noticeable anyways (62.5mV drop @ 4x25A compared to 50mV @4x25A on normal current sensing PDBs)

Hi All,

I have mine working in multishot .
dshot1200, 600 are not working for me. It will not arm after the 3 beeps.

Did I miss a setting or a board jumper?

FC- Airbot F7v2 running latest nightly build 1638.

Thanks,

dr

Hi there!

Do you have a multimeter? Try (with resistance measurement) to locate capacitors (the yellow components) on the ESC that is connected to the PWM signals from the FC. If you find one (per signal), desolder those and try again.

Which FC pairs best with this? Omnibus F4 V5? Thank you.

Can anyone share experience with those ESC ?
I'm considering them, but I can't see any review/test. A bit scared...

thanks.

Hello DR and Mark,

I have an omnibus f7 with the typhoon32 mounted with the 4in1 ESC PWM Cable 8pin beetwin the two and the build is super clean.

But it seems that i have the same problem that you. It only works with multishot and not with dshot.

Could you help me with showing the capacitor i have to removed with a pics?

Thanks you in advance

Hello,

Dshot is broken on betaflight 3.2 above rc4.
Try to flash the rc4 and it should be fine.

Edit: Dshot is broken on f7 board only.

The motor order seem to be incorrect from the inscriptions in the PDB, it's just an error on writting or i need to remap M2 and M3?

Do you know where I can find the f7 v2 rc4, I have been looking all morning for it?

Hello Grimm,

Thank you, i will try that.

downloader9, it's not an error, it was designed to have the xt60 on the side, i turned mine to have the plug on the rear, and in this case you have to remap the two motors. For me i do it phisicaly on inverted the two PWM cables of those motors.

I'm interested to have a link to the precedent 3.2 too

Really? For me makes a lot more sense to have the xt60 in the rear, but I will just change two wires them.
