Want a New Charger GT500 or Cellpro 10 XP

Hello all,

I was hoping someone...could tell me which of the two chargers in my price range would be best? The GT500 or Cellpro 10XP. I have been using a Cellpro multi 4 for years now. I have since seemed to have made a collection of over a dozen lipos...mostly 4s packs(5000mah's)...some 3s...and a couple 1s-2s. I fly Multirotors(FPV), Planes(electric, nitro and gas), and a heli...so I do still have a small handfull of NIMH and A123 packs. Either way, Not sure between these two chargers..what the big differences if any, between the two.. being the pricing is very similar.

(I don't see my self flying anything that would require larger than 8S-10S packs anytime soon...4S is the largest as of now...but have always eyed a 90 sized Freewing Stinger EDF but only requires 6s)

I'll be honest, I'm not a battery chem guru at the moment, I just buy my packs as I need them..and like the ease of being to plug them in ...push a button and be done with it.

One thing I would love is to be able to parallel charge multiple same cell count- packs ...one thing the Multi 4 cant do.

Thanks!

GT500 is the selection, hands down. User interface is superior. Battery interface (adapters) is superior. Power is a bit lower (550W vs. 600W). Computer interface is superior, it uses straight USB connection vs. FUIM3 required for 10XP.

Get a 24V server power supply.
