I've performed takeoffs both without flaps and 10 degrees. We do have 800 feet of pavement however

Gear doors are off in this one. I will take off mine too.
Reason is : they installed the servo connection of the gear doors to back side/tail side so door servos are pulling the door on and of from back side. No matter how much you adjust the servos to pull up and close the doors, there always remains a small gap on front side which can cause problems during flight.
Well you can make an extra assembly like putting a weak-ish magnet on front side so when servo pulls up from back, magnet will snap the front side... But no gear doors at the moment, at least until we are sure all issues are fixed with the model.

Flap throws are 85 mm. on manual.
On this flight they are somewhere between half flap and full flap.
I asked my friend but he doesn't remember exactly...

Where did you measure the cg from ,the wing where the slope is?
or the area where the wing has the straight line?
Also are the throws correct.

Thinking of getting this kit also but kind of worried with the main gear breaking all the time. Any new news from Top RC or Robart for the gear redesign upgrade??

If anyone can cofirm the CG stated in the manual (seems a bit nose heavy) or user experience, I would be very thankful

Maiden done. I set the CG at 220mm (10 behind factory), and it was perfect.

They fly amazingly well !

Did you messure cg from where the wing meet the fuse? I need 1200gram in the nose to get it to 220mm

you are way off. the galeb in the video is balanced without lead.

Eventually where did you put your final CG? Coz ure right with my p120 i need almost 1200gms to get the cg on 220mm, or should be increase the cg point to 260mm?
