Yes, I will be going to flight fest This weekend. Its less than 30 mins from the house . I stopped by last year, what I learned was take a SAFETY HELMET!!. Even walking vendor row, planes were crashing all around me!! Not going to fly there, too much KAOS in the air & on the ground for this old modeler. But you never know who you might meet, what you might see, or how someone else's imagination might INSPIRE you. A lot goes on after dark as well.

I know what you mean Stephen. I was standing next to a little kid who got hit in the face during one of the combats last year. Not good.

I attended 2015 and 16 and I had a great time camping and flying, even after dark. Was supposed to attend this year with a friend who passed away suddenly last December. Lost my flying mojo for a while but I think I'll be back there in 2017.
