Good to have some tanker buddies, eh.

Thanks!

This is the garden in a remote located mall that allowed us to convert it into a battlefield to attract more customers.

We planted more than 300 small pine trees.

Lately it has been converted to highway for RC trailers too.

"Tanks"

Any Idea where "all" the RCG Tankers have gone?
I don't think its a large comunity here anyway but I still try to revive it a bit.
So far Tartago and Hugo Flynow have responded besides you.
I've been posting my "tank news" in a few threads here.
Maybe you can have a look at the one with the Heng Long problems, I'm trying to get some response to my findings and observations over there.

Happy tankering

The tanker world is very limited and very expensive if we want to get all the bell and whistles.

I modified my Leo 2A6 to TK board and it costed me more than the tank itself.

I'm tempted with the new HL KV-2 but my space is limited.

True, I had to swallow a few times and remember how to breathe when I saw the price tag in store.
I was thinking a bout the full pro Tiger at first.
The price was about $600 Can.
That's why I opted for the Pz III (full pro) for $400
and the Walker Bulldog (basic) for $240

I like all of the older tank modells and I'm glad I got two to start with.
I'm vey pleased with all possible "former upgrade options" being already installed (full pro), as well as with the new board version in the basic tank.
I guess that's why there was quite a sale about two years ago.
A russian tank would also be nice to have and, and, and, ...
Sounds familiar?

My concern is that each board upgrade is made for the specific tank, thus, you can't swap among tanks

Another test run in Winter conditions.

First Snow (8 min 9 sec)

It is the second time that the basic plastic track/wheel combination has the upper hand in terms of outdoor performance.
(see First Mud video)
I would like to get comments or links regarding similar outdoor tests, please.
If there are any?

My goal is to test drive my tanks in order to see for what kind of video story telling I might be able to use them in.

Needless to say that I'm having fun testing the tanks, right.

Yes! Is the work of a fellow tanker: Mr. Nakayama from Japan.

It uses a Challenger 2 chassis as a base, but all modifications and details were done by him.
